I truly enjoyed the stay here. Staff were pleasant. Room was quiet and brand-new with a king-size bed. The hotel has a comfortable location just next door to a nice shopping area. Close to restaurants. Also, the property was 20 minutes drive from a very good park.

The Red Carpet Inn West Springfield is owned and operated by a family who genuinely seem to care about the comfort and satisfaction of their clients. This little gem shows pride of ownership and, as the owner himself indicated, they continue to implement updates to their inn. It is excellent value and we would book this hotel again

The suite here was a good size and had a comfortable king-size bed, I could have stayed there all day.

The room was brand-new with central heating, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator.

Everything was perfectly fine, including attentive staff and marvellous location near restaurants. The rooms with a king-size bed. Location very close to Springfield College, outlets for computer, and casino and museums. Totally perfectly pleasant stay during this visit.

The staff were very friendly and the room really clean. I was shocked to see huge flat screen TV in the room along with a microwave and fridge. Very convenient to Six Flags and Basketball Hell of Fame. I would definately go there again.

The location is very central, close to the casino, museums, Springfield College, and dining options. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-kept with a comfortable bed and fast Wi-Fi. The staff was responsive.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Room was clean. Big screen tv. Blow dryer. Nice pillows and enough blankets. Warm and comfortable heat. Frig in room.

What annoyed me the most was that they should not be advertising that they serve breakfast. "Breakfast" was prepackaged cinnamon buns, a container of oj and burned coffee. I booked the hotel based on breakfast served. We had to go out for breakfast. No coffee or tea accomodations in room. Mattresses were hard as a rock and not enough towels. No tissues supplied. We kept getting locked in the bathroom due to a stuck knob which manager removed for us the second night so we could not close bathroom door for privacy.

It was close to the equine affaire and the room was comfortable

Had a well-kept double room with a king-size bed and a big jacuzzi. the service was excellent. - the staff were really helpful. - the hotel was in a favorable location close to local restaurants and the downtown area. - Bible Baptist Church was only 2 miles away from the venue.

I appreciate the effort that has gone into renovations. The rooms are great, and I slept very well because it was quiet.

My wife and I spent the night for our one year wedding anniversary. The room was clean and quiet and we were able to relax and just focus on each other. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

We're late night people and the lobby and ammenities are closed at 11. We couldn't get in to ask for a fork or anything extra after hours.
